By using Joust you agree to these terms and our Community Rules. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to appear on camera.

Your conduct. You are solely responsible for what you broadcast and type. Joust may remove content and ban users at its discretion, with or without notice.

Live content. Debates are public and live. We do not pre-screen content; moderation is best-effort via automated checks, community flags, moderators, and admins.

No warranty. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joust is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or content posted by others.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
